Port Bouvard Surf Club

Bistel Construction was engaged by the City of Mandurah to construct the new first floor function room and adjoining rooms for the existing Port Bouvard Surf Club located in Dawesville, Western Australia.

The Port Bouvard Surf Club was designed by Cox Architecture being the City of Mandurah’s appointed architect, in conjunction with Cox appointed structural engineers and service consultants.

The scope of work for the project comprised of the first floor installation (on existing suspended slab), a structural steel portal frame with external steel stud panel frames to the rooms completed and clad with aluminium roof and wall cladding facade system to the perimeter of the facility.

The Port Bouvard Surf Club successfully reached practical completion on 24 July 2019 ahead of schedule and within the City of Mandurah’s allocated budget.
