The new Sports Amenities Buildings will provide a multipurpose facility that can be used by the local community for a range of activities such as playgroups, change rooms, stores, multipurpose room, kitchen, stores, change rooms and toilets.
The project consists of two buildings with the combined floor area of 710m2. The two buildings are:
- Change-Rooms & Stores comprising of Public Male and Female toilets & showers, sport equipment stores, first aid, & services room; and
- Multipurpose Building consisting of a multipurpose room, kiosk, meeting room, chair storage and male & female toilets.
The scope of work for the new Sports Amenities Buildings comprises of concrete ground slab & footings, concrete tilt wall panels, steel roof frame with metal roofing. Internal finishes consist of plasterboard ceilings, ceramic wall & floor tiles, vinyl flooring and wall & ceiling painting. The external works comprises of brick paving surrounding both buildings and limited at the limestone retaining wall boundary.
The Yanchep Open Space – Sports Amenities Buildings project will be a great addition to the Yanchep local community.
