Bistel Construction was engaged by the City of Wanneroo to construct the Stage 6B Baseball Facility; a new baseball facility consisting of a 60m x 20m batters cage, baseball turfed pitch, scorer hut, dugouts and associated concrete paths.
The oval was illuminated via 6 lighting towers completed with either 4 or 6 floodlights, specifically angled and directed towards key areas of the baseball pitch for maximum illumination, resulting in a lux level greater than used at international baseball games.
Practical completion was achieved ahead of time and within budget.
