Bistel Construction Awarded Kelmscott Hall Development

Bistel Construction has been awarded the Kelmscott Hall Development in Kelmscott, Western Australia.

The Kelmscott Hall Redevelopment will consist of the following critical path work elements namely:

  1. Structural concrete and steelwork;
  2. Brickwork with post fixed windows;
  3. Plasterwork onto internal and external walls;
  4. Internal painting ceilings; and
  5. A combination of carpet, vinyl and tile floor coverings.

The special features of the building will include:

  • cushioned main hall Gerflor flooring (imported from France);
  • touch sensitive lighting control system;
  • fans and lights to the toilet and changerooms controlled by motion sensor;
  • external dulux acratex textured render of various colours; and
  • roofing completed with insulation and mesh.

The redevelopment will enhance the existing facilities and provide an updated Hall that can be used by the local community for a range of activities.
