Bistel Construction has been awarded the Kelmscott Hall Development in Kelmscott, Western Australia.
The Kelmscott Hall Redevelopment will consist of the following critical path work elements namely:
- Structural concrete and steelwork;
- Brickwork with post fixed windows;
- Plasterwork onto internal and external walls;
- Internal painting ceilings; and
- A combination of carpet, vinyl and tile floor coverings.
The special features of the building will include:
- cushioned main hall Gerflor flooring (imported from France);
- touch sensitive lighting control system;
- fans and lights to the toilet and changerooms controlled by motion sensor;
- external dulux acratex textured render of various colours; and
- roofing completed with insulation and mesh.
The redevelopment will enhance the existing facilities and provide an updated Hall that can be used by the local community for a range of activities.
